Friend is looking to get out of Home Automation, I told him I'd post to see if anyone was interested in his setup.  He doesn't want to piece-sell, just the whole thing.  $650 CAD.

And I have some wax candles for sale.... Ive pent the last week pulling out insteon.. I have blisters on my thumbs from wire nuts. Ive resigned myself to Smart things. I just wish my elk would integrate..... Lots of hardwired PIR.Ill never re-do all the sign of life functions, or irrigation or any of it. Time to simplify. Things are a changing....
