Have had this configuration for years. Sometime yesterday it stopped talking. the scripts that don't depend on any outside input work.  Can't connect with app, My ELK or agave. can't ping. when I look at the network connection I have green lights. Is there a way to rest the network or is it dead?

    try rebooting the ISY and/or rebooting your router.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
