Update manifest fail when adding device in Roomie Remote v4.5.11, ISY 994 FW 5.0.15, new integration, newbie.

Hi,

I'm integrating Simple Control v4.5.11 (Roomie Remote) with ISY994, after the ISY is discovered by the APP and try to update the manifest to pull  the INSTEON devices, just send an error message, how this manifest thing work.

You may want to check on Roomie remote's forum as there isn't many people here using it.
