Lib_Errors-403 - Error (5.3.4)

Since early today my ISY acts up. It works sometimes but when I load the Administrative Console I get the error Lib_Errors-403.

I have a recent backup that I could restore, but that does not seem possible when I can not even enter the AC.

Anyone has a suggestion ?

Did you try step 1... that is "reboot the ISY"?

Yes, I rebooted several times and on occasion I even got a red light on ther frront of the ISY.

I removed the SD card and put it back. Unfortunately I only have 64 SD cards, and I don't think that these would work as (if not mistaken) 32 is the maximum.

Just now I was able to get back in the AC with several Zwave deviced needing a synch. I will try a recent backup, though I have a suspicious feeling that it will not make a difference.

just before trying to do the restore, I got a new error messages :

Socket Open Failed Java.net.SockettimeoutException

and then another when trying restore

Upgrade Failed java.lang.NullPointerException

I am now reinstalling Java to see if that resolves the issue

IIRC you can put a larger SD card in anywhere as long as you format it inside the ISY, it will only take as much as it can address in it's limited FAT table. The rest will just be wasted. May be worth a try until you can get a new 32 GB SD card.

Thanks

Right now the ISY is working again and the AC accessible, but I will get a new 32GB SD card tomorrow. I also opened a ticket with ISY and sent them a copy of the error log (just in case).

In that case try some high grade alcohol (not the drinking kind :) ). Isopropropeline?, or isopropyl alcohol with a Q-tip swap and wipe the gold contacts firmly to wipe away any oxides. Make sure it is dry and then insert it again. The rubbing alcohol sometimes contains some oils to avoid drying your skin and the oil would not be a good thing.
