I a perfect world I would like to control the following hvac settings with my zwave ISY. I have a Trane hvac

turn on hvac fan only

change hvac temp up and down

control aprilaire dehumidifier

control broan motorized fresh air damper

I forgot to say it would be nice for the ISY to be notified when the fan only starts
