ELK stopped running after PG3 update 3.0.38

Looks like you may have the same issue I did, restarting PG3 did not stop the running NS so now 2 copies are running.  Simpleist fix is to just reboot Polisy, but if you don't want to do that I can send you commands to kill the existing ones.  I had multiple copies of all my NS's running...

    Same problem. @bpwwerfigured it out and showed me the method in which to show and Kill the duplicate NSs. I thought I tried rebooting but may be mistaking on that.
