Ghost ISY on my Polisy?

Still very new to Polisy....

 

I see this red message when I log into my Polisy:

 

However, while I run an ISY on the Polisy, the IP address is incorrect. What am I seeing here?

Also, shouldn't the ISY Version (5.3.0) of the Polisy/ISY install be displayed in the black area, which currently shows 0.0.0
