frank Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Is Insteon/ SmartHome going out of business? If so, what are users of the ISY 994 going to ? I have tried and can’t even get to talk to anyone at SmartHome. Also have not seen any new products or even emails about discounted products in quite some time.

A quick perusal of the forum will answer that for you. Depending on when you called, they may have been busy but they do answer. Smarthome just had a sale this weekend
Techman Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Based on conversations that forum members have recently had with the Smarthome call center it appears that the Smarthome inventory is affected by the chip supply shortage. They were supposed to bring out their new Nokia line of devices last September but they have yet to become available.
