How long should I wait on this screen?  It never seems to  update after I select polisy configuration...

Just so I am clear if I go to this setting should a dialog open with the ability to change settings?

It should be almost instant. I just tried it on mine (on PG2 access) and it was instant. If you're not getting a refreshed screen perhaps it's hung performing other tasks. Is there anything showing in the "LOG" when you click on that?

You might want to reboot/power cycle the Polisy. 

First I'd try System -> Reboot Polisy

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
