where can i change the ports? they are grey'd out on this page.

Unfortunately, you cannot till such time that IoP is integrated with PG3. The reason is that we have so many different ports (PG2, PG3, MQTT for PG2, MQTT for PG3, etc.). And, we had too many support calls due to port conflicts.
