Unable to open .jnlp file on XP

I'm running XP inside Parallels on my mac and I cannot open the .jnlp file. It keeps asking which app I want to open it.

Hi ryarber,

 

JNLP requires WebStart ... in most cases, WebStart is installed with your Java. I am just not sure how Parallel works to be able to give you more information and how file associations are set up.
