IFTTT applet to Polisy

Trying to get IFTTT to retrieve a value from an IFTTT applet. I have used webhooks previously and they are working fine but tried to create a new one and they are not.  I believe there is a bug from Portal to Polisy as IFTTT shows applet was working but the state variable never updates. Sent a ticket to Michel and he suggested I purchase your Node server which I have installed and connected.

In any event, how do I retrieve a value from an applet that is triggered in IFTTT using your Node server?
