ISY Finder/Launcher doesn't find Polisy Pro

I can log in to my Polisy Pro using the IP address, but all my nodes servers show "unmanged". I've been told I need to log in through the portal. My ISY 994i shows in the Launcher, but not the Polisy.

When I type in the same address into the ISY Launcher i get an error "Not Found" it doesn't matter if i use HTTPS://IP_Address:8443 or HTTP://IP_Address:8080 or HTTPS://Polisy:8443/desc Nothing will let me connect. The end game is to migrate from my ISY 994i IR/Pro v5.3.0 to my Polisy Pro. Any help would be appreciated.

The IP address alone logs you into Polyglot 2

The IP address with :3000 on the end logs you into Polyglot 3

If they are showing Unmanaged in Polyglot 2 as your post indicates, please try Polyglot 3 and tell us what that shows.

The other ports you listed 8443, 8080, 8443 won't log you into a web interface but ARE used with commuication to a 994

More than likely you don't yet have PG3 running. How old is your Polisy?

Please see the Polisy User Guide in the UD Wiki for further information of getting PG3 installed/running.

As @MrBill suggests if you're just using the IP address with no port (:3000) given then you're accessing the PG2 interface.

If your Polisy is "older" or hasn't been updated you need to follow the steps in the Polisy User Guide to get get PG3 (if you're not version 13). You'll need to connect to the Polisy via SSH. Details are all in the wiki.

PG2 display when accessing the Polisy via basic IP address:

PG3 display when accessing the Polisy via ip_address:3000:

Once you have PG3 installed you should see this when you run the ISY Launcher:
