Ud Mobile Notifications on Android

Javi,

When you pull down and select the group of notifications from the shade it just takes you to the default page because the notifications are grouped together with the ISY service. Message. Can those be grouped separately? And make it so the group can all be swiped away at once?

Can you show the date/time the message was sent in the UD Mobile Notifications list? Maybe with an option for users to disable it?

The notification configuration in Android lists them all separately by sound, is that intentional?

Will look into this, I think the grouping issue is related to the modifications for Android Auto.

Time is added in the next release (parameter was just added this week).   Disable what?

Yes,  To guarantee the fastest delivery of notifications Android requires Notification Channels, which include a sound, to be setup prior to notification receipt.

I see you edit a device and add it to the group, could you also make it so I can open the group and see all devices and turn them on or off there?

Will add to my list.

If users want to enable/disable showing date/time, but seems important enough to always show it.

Also, when I mark one as read in the app, would be nice to close the notification if possible.  Also, would be nice to have a mark-all-as-read button.

Delete All is on the list,  will add mark-all to list.

Interesting side benefit, each channel's notification sound can be changed in the notifications settings from the "app provided sound" to one of the user's choosing.

Nice find!   I may have disabled the notification channel settings while testing for Android Auto. So, I'll have to go back and test this.

@DaveStLou are you using the notification Node server? Would like a couple more testers to confirm beta is good before I release.

I never really used it in the past since I was satisfied with the old NR  Pushover notifications I had but have re-installed it to use for the beta to use for UD Mobile notifications. How do I access the beta?

In PG3 UI select non production store and install it. If you have issues ask on the Notification node server forum post about it.

Yes, that's why it confused me that they are unique based on sound because customizing sounds is one of the options.

On android the sound file name (xxx.wav) is used as the notification channel ID, the name of the channel is the sound file without the .wav suffix.

On iOS this is the actual sound file which is played. Due to the differences in platforms this scheme appeared to work the best for both platforms.
