I wanted to upgrade my Z-Wave module.  It shows out of stock.  Is this just a temporary thing?  Any idea when it will be available?

Its been coming in and out of stock. Many people have been switching to zwave which may be playing a part in it's stock level. 

Since it's still showing on their webpage nor has Michel stated it's been discontinued, I'm certain it will be coming back in. 

You can email UDI directly for more assistance if you require a time frame

It might be worth asking about compatibility with UDI support, but when I got mine it got shipped with a Zooz stick which I have seen in stock with other companies.

The Zooz 700 series dongle is for the Polisy only, The 500 series Z-wave internal board for the ISY is a proprietary device and is currently out of stock
