Portal Stopped Working

My Portal has stopped working. Says registered but offline. In the error log I see tons of these.

System    -170001    [TCP-Conn] -6/-140002, Portal-Dispatch

Any ideas?

off the top of my head, did you try rebooting the ISY?  Is your subscription current?  Check the expiration date in the portal Select Tool > Information > Portal Access License.

I have the same error log message. My ISY has been disconnected since August 11th. Also, my license expiration date is in May, 2023.

 

Any idea?

Reboot did not work. I opened a ticket. Thanks.
