Need to add portal to IoP

Featured Replies

Posted

I am missing the Portals tab under ISY admin/configuration tab.  I need to approve a new ISY installation of ISY on Polisy (5200)

I have upgraded all the modules.  When I click on "manage modules" it states all my modules are up to date.

I am runing firmware and UI v.5.4.4

I also reset the polisy hw with the paper clip.  No change after reboot.

In the admin about box it shows OpenADR, networking and A10/X10 modules.  Should I have a portal module? If so, how do I install/get it?  I don't see a "purchase modules" under the admin/help.

Make sure you follow these directions from the Wiki Polisy User Guide:

https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Setup_ISY_Portal_for_Remote_Access/Alexa/GoogleHome/IFTTT

Polisy and IoP no longer use modules as the old ISY994 platform did. Node Servers have replaced modules. The portal is just a little different though.

If unable to add from the directions above, then open a support ticket and include your portal email and the UUID for your IoP.

Thanks x 3! 😀Succussful migration!

What I wasn't doing was setting up the temporary license.  Mandatory.

I knew I was going to migrate so I didn't bother.
