drw Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 I can't obtain a log. When I request a log, the browser becomes unresponsive and I eventually never receive any reply. I usually have to force kill the browser. I am used to seeing a window that asks the question about viewing in Excel. I have tried this in both Safari and Firefox. I am running Mac OS X 10.6.2 (all the updates). I believe that I have cleared the Java cache - there are many comments about how to clear it - I went to the Java Preferences and clicked "delete files". I am using the "http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/" to get into the administrative console. I am using v2.7.6 firmware in my ISY-26. Quote
drw Posted February 20, 2010 Author Posted February 20, 2010 just to close this problem, I re-cleared the Java cache and rebooted. (I had not rebooted before). I can now get the log. Quote
Michel Kohanim Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Hi drw, Thanks for the update. This might also be related to issues with HTTPS and versions below 2.7.7. With kind regards, Michel Quote
