New ISY994i getting red error LED

I purchased an ISY994i several years ago and never got around to setting it up until now. When I plug it into my network I get network connectivity LEDs next to the RJ-45 connector but the red LED on the front flashes indicating ERROR. I plugged the MicroSD into my desktop computer and it reads OK. What else could be my problem?

I'm not able to communicate with with the ISY. It doesn't show up on my network. I have network activity lights, but it doesn't come up when I run start.jnlp.

Some things to try:

     Check your ethernet cable.

     Check the ISY power supply voltage.

     Reboot the ISY

Do you have a PLM plugged into the ISY?

It's possible that the SD card is not seated properly or is defective

I used a different ethernet cable and everything works! Thank you very much!
