Wibar Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 I purchased an ISY994i several years ago and never got around to setting it up until now. When I plug it into my network I get network connectivity LEDs next to the RJ-45 connector but the red LED on the front flashes indicating ERROR. I plugged the MicroSD into my desktop computer and it reads OK. What else could be my problem?

Wibar Posted October 16, 2022 Author Posted October 16, 2022 I'm not able to communicate with with the ISY. It doesn't show up on my network. I have network activity lights, but it doesn't come up when I run start.jnlp.
Solution Techman Posted October 16, 2022 Solution Posted October 16, 2022 (edited) Some things to try: Check your ethernet cable. Check the ISY power supply voltage. Reboot the ISY Do you have a PLM plugged into the ISY? It's possible that the SD card is not seated properly or is defective Edited October 16, 2022 by Techman
Wibar Posted October 17, 2022 Author Posted October 17, 2022 I used a different ethernet cable and everything works! Thank you very much!
Brian H Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Glad you found the issue and are now working.
