Cant login to Portal...HTTP error 500 when trying to login and Alexa service is dead...

I noticed that my Alexa commands were not working and checked the UD Mobile app and it was getting errors.  I then tried to log into the portal and am getting a HTTP 500 error when attempting to log in.

Ditto.  Had to touch a light switch....not something I am used to doing.

Experiencing the same issue - Alexa can't control anything and 500 error when logging into portal.

Seems like ud is down

Worse than a power outage, what switches do what again?  Hope it is back up soon.

Tried to submit a ticket, but it looks like you need to log in with your portal account to do that…

They must know.  

Looks to be down, seriously down. getting a message that it's destroyed.

Thank goodness for the Agave app!  Still can function without voice though….

Never rely on the internet for your home controls.  My Alexa is down too and I miss it, but I have a backup program on my phone using rest commands over my home LAN.  Hope it  is back up soon, my wife can't live without Alexa.

I have programmed a few insteon 8 button remotes for this situation with key scenes and devices, but as he said my wife also can't live without Alexa. Hopefully its up soon.

Same here. Alexa says the skill is not enabled, but it is. The ISY says the portal is registered and offline. And I receive an HTTP 500 error when I attempt to log into the web site. At least the forum is still working so I know it's not just me! Back to local control for now...

I just logged into IoP and checked the portal tab. It shows as online but unable to log into portal like everyone else. Shouldn't the tab show as offline? Just curious.
