[RESOLVED] HTTP error 500 at login

Same here. Screenshot and Echo audio attached.

FWIW, the iOS app is also broken unless, of course, you're using it to connect to your isy via your LAN.

Forgot to mention iOS app.

Hello

Alexa suddenly stopped responding. I tried to disable and enable the skill - but I get a message saying "topology destroyed" when I try to link the account. When I try to login from the my isy portal, I get a http error 500 message. What am I doing wrong?

Same but Alexa works

Same here.  Alexa not seeing ISY, asks to restart skill, Mobile app not working, can't log in to Portal (500 error)

Same issues here...

Same issue here

@bmercier Same here. ISY Portal server must have crashed.

I have programmed a few insteon 8 button remotes for this situation with key scenes and devices, but as he said my wife also can't live without Alexa. Hopefully its up soon.

Haha same here!

I am having the same problem. I can operate everything from the admin console so the portal crashing makes sense. Thanks

Same problem here!

Same here.

I can log into the Portal now, but the Web console and Alexa skill is currently broken.

Looks like the portal is back up. I had to restart my ISY and Alexa is answering again.

Same problem here. Servers down error 500 and no Alexa control. This is a first for me. Have been using with isy994 for several years with no problems ever.

Mine came back up and reconnected by itself.

However I had to reconnect my ISY Portal and amazon account skill again after the bad advice amazon app gave.

hmmmm...routines likely need rebuilding and enabling again.

It's now resolved.

Most ISYs have now reconnected.

Mine came back by itself except that I disabled the skill and it had to be re-enabled again.

Routines will likely have to be re-enabled after pseudo devices went MIA.

Thanks @bmercier

It came back up.  Did not have to do anything to get it working again.

Thanks @bmercier

Routines should not be affected, unless the skill is disabled and re-enabled.

I can login to the portal but it says my ISY is offline now.

[Edit] ISY is back online but the Z-Wave dongle is not responding.... Hmmm Probably unrelated...For me Z-Wave is is much bigger PIA than Insteon. Hopefully matter will resolve.

Same problem with routines again. Triggers from ISY go all the way through to display the change of state in the alexa app but the routines are not triggering like they did a week ago.

Something set the alexa routines into misbehaving again. Last time amazon had to correct something but it seems the disconnection broke the Routine triggering again. Routines have been checked as still all enabled, tested for voice output from the manual trigger, and trigger point tested from ISY. Must be something that breaks the Routine internal logic.

UPDATE: Routines began working many hours later.  Rebuilding them, and dis/enabling them, did nothing but sometime in the middle of the night they repaired themselves.
