Ramp Rates

When setting up Ramp Rates in the ISY, I noticed that there are several decimal values such as .1s .5s, etc.. then it jumps to 2s, 4.5s, etc.. Is there any in-between values such as 1s available?

 

Not sure if this a ISY or Insteon / Switchlinc thing..
