Eisy- ZWave not working

Featured Replies

I have the Eisy and Zwave/Zmatter dongle plugged in. Latest version of software for everything. When I try to add a Zwave device, Eisy does not recognize anything. It listens but never finds anything.

I have a simple plug switch and also a multisensor motion/temp sensor that I'm trying to pair.  Do I need some kind of a ZWave hub or something?  Things were working fine with my ISY994i

@jhoulihanThere's a known problem with this, UDI is working on a patch.  My eisy don't even see the USB: Z-Wave+ Matter module.  I'm just planning on holding tight until the patch/build is avaiable.

Mine works fine.  My only issue was 2 aerotec repeaters.  It would pair them but not create any nodes.

@bigDvetteIs that using the USB:  Z-Wave+ Matter module and not a Zooz 700?  I've tried everything and can't get it to work.  I have a ticket open with UDI and they told me a build is on the way.

@bigDvetteWow!  I installed it, checked the Z-Wave checkbox, reboot & when you select Z-Wave on the menu bar it says no dongle found.  And if I press Migrate to Z-Wave it winds up in an infinite System Busy loop.

Did you try to remove before you add?

yes

Try removing power from the eisy, wait a minute, then let it boot up, which can take a few minutes.
