mitch236 Posted March 11, 2010 Author Posted March 11, 2010 Yes, I am connected. In fact, I was in a remote location when I got the message. But I am at home now, and did not get the message when I opened the Admin console. BTW, I am using 2.7.12.

The causes could be: 1. In corporate settings, there might be a firewall that stops communications with our server 2. No network connection 3.
