Programs can be printed by right clicking on the name and choosing "Copy to Clipboard" for instance.

Is there a way to get ALL programs at once? If not, is there a file in the ISY folder containing all the programs, even if not in an optimized way like indents and such?

Copy Folder to Clipboard.

click the "My Programs" folder at the top of the program tree, then Copy Folder to clipboard as previously mentioned
