Eisy showing 4 buttons on Insteon KeypadLinc Dimmer 8 Button

After upgrading my Eisy from 5.5.4 to 5.5.6, I added an Insteon (2334-2) KeypadLinc Dimmer 8 Buttons v.45 to my system.  Only 4 of the eight buttons appear.  See picture below.

Could you please assist with troubleshooting?  Let me know if you need additional information.

Are your firmware and UI the same version?

If you click on one of the nodes, what device description displays in the node window?

@rstotts After you check the the firmware and UI versions match I'd suggest you factory default the 2334-2.

Factory Reset
Factory Reset clears all user settings from Keypad including INSTEON scenes, on-levels, ramp rates, X10
addresses, etc.
1) With a small screwdriver or your fingernail, pull out Set button to create an air gap
2) Wait 10 seconds
3) Push in Set button and hold. Do not let go
Keypad will begin to emit a long beep
4) When the beep stops, release the Set button.
Device’s embedded software will rewrite all settings to factory defaults
A couple of seconds will pass
Keypad will double-beep and its LEDs will return to normal brightness
The connected load will turn on and Keypad will return to ready mode

Thank you both for the reply.  Pictured below is the firmware & UI version and the device description.

After a factory reset of the 2334-2 I deleted the device and added back to the system.  Still showing 4 buttons as pictured below.

Right click on the device and choose group device

@rstotts

If you're still unable to see all 8 nodes then I would try deleting the device, and reboot the eisy.

Then do a factory reset on the KPL by pulling out the set button and then pushing it in and continuing to hold it in until the device stops buzzing. then install it again.

Let us know the results.

Deleted the 2334-2, rebooted the eisy and factory reset the 2334-2.  No change.

@rstotts

I think you should submit a support ticket. It's possible that there's a bug in the IoX 5.5.6 firmware as more than one op is experiencing the same problem.

FWIW, I posted a support ticket, but was told I couldn't be helped with the issue.

Edited by AKAPADIA

That doesn't sound right as it appears to be IoX firmware related.  Are you sure your issue was understood?

I just submitted a ticket and will keep you posted.

Thank you all for your input.

I think so - it's comprehensively described like I did in my forum post. I turned to the forum because the support request didn't go anywhere.

Support responded stating this is a bug with 5.5.6 and will have it resolved in the next build.

Fantastic, thank you for that update!
