Reliability issues with ZEN31 LED dimmers.

I have a reliability issue with the ZEN31 LED dimmer. I have six of them on the top and bottom my kitchen cabinets. (I am working with Zooz support on this issue as well)

At sunset a program turns on and sets various intensity levels to four Z-Wave switches and two Insteon switches. It also triggers the "Then" of a separate program that sets six ZEN31 dimmers as such: Red-0, Green-0 ,Blue-0, Warm White-255, Intensity-50%.

At 9:00pm a program turns off one Z-Wave switch and then sets the six ZEN31 dinners as such: Red-0, Blue-255, Green-0, Warm White-0, Intensity 25%.

My problem is that intermittently some the ZEN31 dimmers do not respond correctly. I have been tracking it for nearly a year and the issue is random throughout the six ZEN31 and not in any sort of recognizable pattern. However, the Z-Wave and Insteon devices work flawlessly.

I have ruled out distance as an issue. 

My system is a Polisy with a new ZMatter board. (the previous was a Zooz Zwave dongle)

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue?
