Lost communication with one insteon device

Hi to all,

I have a small setup with 25 various Insteon devices.
I have a Polisy v5.6.0 connected to a PLM v1.B.
I was having an issue with the PLM, so I factory reset the PLM.
After that, I restored the PLM from the administrative console.
So far so good.

On the main page, I used the query function on each device to make sure I can get the status from it.
One of my device, an On/Off Outlet (2663-222), has lost communication.
I can't change or read the satus.
I factory reset the device and used the Restore Device function from the admin console.
But still, the device is not reachable.
I have other devices on the same electrical circuit that work fine.

So, what should I do next to fix the problem?

Use the Event Viewer set to Level 3 and capture trying to turn it on and off.  Post the results here

Thank you for the response.

Since the configuration was simple, I finally decided to delete and relink the device.
It worked. The device is now linked back to the Polisy.
I added it back to the scene and everything is back to normal.

Issue closed.
