There is the old Service ISYPortal iOSPush and the new UD Mobile node.

Can you explain why to use each. I tried and both work.  The only thing about UD Mobile is it only allows you to send to group not device and I put that in another topic. (but you can create a group for each single device if you want)

But are you going to get rid of the other and giving us time to edit the dozens of programs that use the old one?

If you are going to remove the old one anytime soon  let me know, but I have a feeling they both us a different method.

I just want to understand more before I make any program changes.

The new node is a simplified version with better command names.  This is intended for direct integration into UD Mobile to allow users an easy way to setup notifications.  We will make a formal announcement as soon as everything is ready.  

Do I need to change all the programs to the new one or will both continue to work.

I do like the new node but if I dont have to I dont want to have to redo all of the programs.

I believe it will remain, jimbo will need to confirm.

The current ISY Portal service nodes will remain, they have many more options, and I will be adding groups to the list of devices.
