That doesn't work, you need to go to their website, support, log in and reply on the service ticket. They will then get a notification.
webminster Posted June 23, 2023 Author Posted June 23, 2023 I was always replying from web site. I finally got a reply after 4 days by mailing to the sales email address. They said in their reponse they do NOT get a notification.
