Portal license renewal issue

I am having difficulty renewing my isy portal license. I upgraded to eisy, signed up for 30 day trial. It has now expired and I would like to renew the subscription.  When I try to renew it my, it puts a red box around my email and does not allow the process to continue.

I Would also like to say that  I am very happy with the eisy upgrade. It is a nice looking device that I will likely never use to its fullest potential. The process went smoothly , the only problems were some that I created.  All of my programs and network resources migrated over from isy994 backup and  continue to work flawlessly.

I was trying to renew on my smart phone ud mobile.

I was able to renew using isy portal just now.
