Kwikset ZWave lock not supported after EISY upgrade

I've been using my Kwikset Zwave lock with my ISY994i for years.  I upgraded to an EISY with the new Zwave/Zigbee dongle.   The migration completed successfully and the door lock works fine via both the ISY launcher console and the UDMobile app.

But it's no longer even showing up in Agave.  I've done a "Full reload" in the datasync menu.   I can't see the lock in any of the add menus EXCEPT I do see it in the Room folder that it's placed in on the EISY.  That screen says:

Node Address: ZY010_1

Node Type: 4.111

Device not implemented yet.  Please note address and type and notify developer.

The lock has been working great for years on the old ISY and Agave... might there be something else to look at?

The lock is a Kwikset 99140-024 Smartcode 914.

Thanks!

@JCizek since Agave isn't being developed (link below to most recent update from the developer) I doubt you'd get much help on this issue.

My suggestion would be to try out UD Mobile. It's currently being developed by UDI and has support here on the forums and an extensive wiki section for setup and help.

Please send me a full node dump of the device.

James,

I followed your directions and sent the node dump to your support email.  I understand you're not developing this anymore due to time, so any tips you uncover are even that much more appreciated.

@Geddy  I have UDmobile now.  It works ok after much fighting with it to get it setup.  Compared to Agave, I think it's subpar.  Agave is so nicely laid out, easy to find stuff quickly, and graphically pleasing.  UDMobile is kind of the opposite of all those things :)  I bought Agave for my and my wife's phones some years back and still don't feel like there is anything on the market as nice as it.

I can see the error right away.  There appears to be a zwave family change in eisy for zwave.  Instead of the expected family of 4 I am seeing family 12. I have contacted support and will see if I can get any information on the change to update Agave.

@JCizek I get what you're saying. I only offered it as an option for an app that is being developed and maintained. Glad that @James Peterson chimed in and hopefully able to update the app. I tried Agave during beta for iOS, but ended up sticking with Mobilinc at the time. It's all in what you've got setup that works for you now rather than setting up something new all over again.

Good luck getting things updated and working again!
