Ability to sort drop down list for customized content

I would like to be able to sort the drop down list for customized content. The customized  content list is sortable in Email/Notifications tab Customizations is sortable by clicking on Name header but resorts back to sorted by ID number as soon as you leave that tab. The sort needs to hold there as well as the drop down list. With all the additions to the Notify Node Server my list is getting pretty long and it goes by the order they were generated in the list.
