Random Portal disconnect

I am getting many of portal disconnect notifications in UD Mobile in 2 separate Polisys. I still have Mobilinc Pro installed. Could that be the problem?

I have begun getting the same thing about a week or two ago. It's fairly annoying. It disconnects (gives a notification) and then reconnects within a minute, and of course lets me know again. This happens somewhere around 6-10 times a day. I wasn't sure if this was normal behavior because I had recently corrected some of my UD Mobile settings and it started around that same time.

  I have never had Mobilinc.

Again, fairly annoying but not the end of the world (for me).

Same here, many notifications in UD Mobile. It's especially problematic for me because when my watch chimes our standard poodle thinks it means the garage door is opening and goes nuts. I'm running PG3x 3.1.36 with Polisy IoX 5.6.2.

Started today for me.  In the App, under notifications/settings, you can scroll down to groups and customize which users get which notifications.  I just turned off System Notifications for everyone.  This isn't really a fix, but at least stopped all of the notifications.  This is a useful feature though - my wife only needs the Push notifications, not System, UD or PG3.

My disconnects have all but disappeared.  For one polisy, it turns out that the ISP cable going to the house was partially damaged so the incoming internet signal strength was weak, causing the modem/router to disconnect.  My other polisy (at a different location) has not had disconnects for a week now and I cannot explain why.

The situation has improved for me too. I got notifications from multiple node servers at around 0200 Central today, that was the first time in a while. But just now when I went to check to see if that was possibly related to an automatic restart of PG3x after a version upgrade, I can't log in to PG3x, I get 408 Request Timeout errors. I haven't seen that error before that I know of.

EDIT: I ran the SSH sudo service udx restart command as described in the PG3x 3.1.36 support thread and I am still on 3.1.36. So the 0200 restart and the subsequent need to restart UDX are unexplained, at least in my case.
