Brian H Posted October 3, 2023 Share Posted October 3, 2023 Have you tried the default admin admin. In case it changed back to default during the update. Do you have a series 300 or 500 Z-Wave board. As there was only 500 series in the later revisions. Link to comment

Techman Posted October 3, 2023 Share Posted October 3, 2023 What was your previous firmware version? Have you tried accessing the ISY via the admin console? Important User/Password changes for 5.3.4: If your current version is 5.0.7 or earlier, then after installing 5.0.8 or later your userid and password will be reset back to the system default. The system default is admin / admin Link to comment
