Anyone else having this trouble?  I can not drag anything out of the sub-folders back into the main eisy folder.  I am on 5.7.0 and have tried the Admin Console on a Windows machine and the eisy.  I can drag devices from one folder to another, but nothing back to the main tree.  I have most devices in the main eisy folder.

 

Did you expand the main tree (eisy) before you attempted to drag the item?

Right click on the device you want to move to root and select "Remove from Folder"

@Techman, yes I tried that and it does work.

 

@Geddy, I never noticed the "remove from folder" before.  The solution was right in front of me and I didn't even see it!  But it still seems like you should be able to drag it out of the folder.  But this is the first time I ever tried.

Glad that worked! Agreed, seems odd dragging doesn’t work.
