ThisIsTheWay
Is it possible that the bulb being on a different subnet than the Polisy be the issue? The networks can talk to each other. Polisy: 192.168.1.7 Bulb: 192.168.20.242 Quote Link to comment
Solution Jimbo.Automates Posted November 3, 2023 Solution Share Posted November 3, 2023 Yes. You'll need to allow UDP discovery across the network if that's possible. There are also options to manually add devices or networks in the config, although those options have not been extensively tested.Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment

Jimbo.Automates
After moving to the same subnet, run discover, then download log package and PM it to me. Instructions for manually adding should be on the node server configuration page. Quote Link to comment
bw23198
Did this get resolved? I seem to have the same (or very similar) issue. I just installed a new eISY (formerly using ISY994 and ployglot running on Raspberry Pi). I'm trying the trial version of Kasa. I can start a new thread if needed. I'm just doing my due diligence by searching the forum for similar issues before I open new topics (already fixed a couple of unrelated issues by following other threads). Quote Link to comment

Make sure you have recently run an update packages so you have the latest release then reinstall the nodeserver.Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
