lgilsenberg Posted November 4, 2023 Posted November 4, 2023 It looks like a messed up the network settings on my ISY since I am no longer able to start the admin console. I am able to reach the ISY via UDI Mobile and via the web, but don't know how to adjust the ports that I changed. Must I do a factory reset and then a restore to get back to working? BTW, I changed the ports because I was generating errors in the error log after replacing the router.
tlightne Posted November 4, 2023 Posted November 4, 2023 (edited) Are you using the 994, Polisy, or Eisy?? To reset Network settings: 994 : Not sure... Polisy : Press and hold the button till the first and second LEDs (from the left) start blinking then release. This action resets all network configuration back to DHCP on the Ethernet jack next to the serial port. All other network interfaces shall be disabled. Eisy : Click the button four (4) times Edited November 4, 2023 by tlightne
Solution paulbates Posted November 4, 2023 Solution Posted November 4, 2023 (edited) Also possible-to-likely is that the new router's ip4 subnet is different than the old router's. Via the mobile app: Settings Systems Pick your isy Scroll down to "local connection settings" Your ip and ports will be listed there Edited November 4, 2023 by paulbates 1
