I upgraded to _5 at that time and have not had any issues since, including the switch back to standard time (CST). Sunrise and sunset also are correct. I also do not understand the "secret" _1,2,3 etc version. Getting all your programs disabled is kind of a big deal depending on what they were doing and then if you have a complicated setup with lots of programs and specific ones disabled sprinkled about, it is no fun correcting.
