Constant System Busy message after Java update?

Opened the ISY admin console to make a couple of changes and got a message that Java had an update. Did the update and tried to launch the admin console and got two "Not Found" error messages. A quick search on here revealed that I needed to download the latest IoX Launcher, so I did that, deleted the old files and cleared the Java cache. I was able to launch the admin console, but now it's constantly displaying a System Busy window. The progress bar keeps moving, but when it reaches the end. it starts all over again. 

What am I missing?

Try power cycling your ISY.

Thanks Dennis! That did the trick. I don't know why I didn't just do that to begin with. Just goes to show that you start with the simplest things first.
