scote Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 Is the java app start.jnlp deprecated for eISY? It seems i can do everything I need to in the UD Mobile app, create programs etc... I am unable to sign into the java app anymore. Does the java app have any features the UD Mobile app does not have? If so, how do I reset the password? I tried clicking the button on eISY three times but that did not reset to admin/admin. Thanks, Scott Link to comment
Javi Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 While UDM contains most features of the Admin Console is not depreciated and does contain features not yet available on UD Mobile. Did you try "admin" for both username and password after reset? Are you on a local or remote connection (i.e. remote if url is https://my.isy.io/.......)? 2 Link to comment
