Problem migrating Zwave from ISY 994 Pro to eisy

Admittedly, I am not that familiar with Zwave, but have started migrating to Zwave devices when Insteon devices were scarce.  I recently upgraded my 994 Pro to eisy and followed the migration steps and all seemed to work fine.  However, some of my Zwave devices are 'messed up'.  See screenshot of the error message that I get when I tried to turn it off or on from the Admin console. Some of my Zwave devices are fine, others respond just like this example does.

How does one go about fixing this?

TIA

I am also having no end to problems getting my Z-Wave devices to work with my EISY. I am very frustrated. I hope that someone here can help.

I also experienced some issues with some of my Z-Wave devices. Most of those issues were resolved by using the "Update with interview" feature in eISY or removing the device and re-adding it. I also moved my eISY to a location that provided adequate signal strength for a couple of devices. It was time-consuming but I now have a Z-Wave network that has never worked better.

Thanks for the suggestion. I couldn't find  "Update with interview", but there is a "Syncronize:New & Deleted with Interview". Not sure if that is the same thing, but it did work on my Zwave devices that weren't working earlier. Thanks again for the suggestion!

"Syncronize:New & Deleted with Interview" is not working. I have three Z-Wave devices that worked well with my ISY 994 and will not pair correctly with my EISY. Interviews, remove/add, factory resets - nothing works. This is very disappointing.
