Jay E Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Is it possible to add an Insteon device without knowing the address? I have some devices from "before UD" that I want to add to the Admin Console, but don't want to go around removing switch plates and hoping the label is still there. Thank you!
Solution Techman Posted January 14 Solution Posted January 14 If the address is unavailable your other option is to put the device into the linking mode, the controller will then see the address. You can do that without having to remove switch plates. 1
