Polisy Not Seeing Elk Zone Trigger without Manual Query

I have my Polisy and Elk set with no connectivity issues. However, I am trying to have the Polisy send a voice command back to the elk when a zone triggers. I can push a voice command manually or re-query the zone and the message is received at the elk. Just not happening automatically.

Right click on your program name and select copy to clipboard, then past your program here.

Also, please confirm at PG3x UI says the node server is connected, and in Admin Console -> ELK Controller -> Nodeserver Errors = 0.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
