Installing HACS on EISY

I've been running the Home Assistant overlaid on the eisy successfully.  This is my first introduction to Home Assistant, and I am somewhat functional with it for the available integrations.  However, since the Govee Nodeserver is not working through Polyglot, I am trying to add my Govee lights to Home Assistant and came across the HACS which look to have additional integrations available.  I am not at all proficient with coding, and looking for step by step instructions to install HACS on the eisy.

In my opinion Google is your best friend with HA! I don't know how to code and I get all my information from Google sometimes needing to follow multiple guides and some stuff just doesn't work for me.

Thanks, I guess I had PTSD from previous undertakings but that was very easy.
