Programs on Eisy not working

Featured Replies

I updated from ISY994 to Eisy a couple weeks ago and programs are not working.  I read on this forum to delete the programs and rebuild them.  I did that and they are still not working.  Anyone have an idea to fix?

You shouldn't need to delete any programs, however you may need to tweak a few.

Clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher

If this doesn't resolve your issue, then give a more detailed explaination of what isn't working.

I have already done all this.  I have been using the IOX Launcher for several years.  The programs I had in place when migrating from ISY994 were not working so I deleted them and remade them.  Those are not working either.  Programming is correct as it is the same as the ISY.  Not one program is working correctly.  I have 6 currently.  Cache was cleared after I deleted the old programs.

What is your EISY firmware and UI versions

Did you download the launcher as mentioned in my previous post?

Exactly what is not working in your programs, can you give more detail

How about posting one of the programs not working? Right click one of the programs and select copy to clipboard near the bottom of the list and paste here.

After migration from 994 to eisy, I had to hit the "save changes" button so the eisy could recompile all my programs; otherwise none of them would run. After hitting "save changes" everything worked as before on the 994.
