Repeat function

I wrote the following program to increase the reliability of turning of all the receptacles in my theater until I have the time to trouble shoot for the culprit. It seems that one of the receptacles always times out for some reason. I decided to use a repeat in the commands. My question is does the repeat work on the previous commands and then run the remainder of the program? It would seem that is the way it works but please give any feedback.

Set 'Indoor / Thermostats / Theater / HVAC Theater' Fan Auto

Set 'Theater / Receptacle / Theater SE' Off

Set 'Theater / Receptacle / Theater NW' Off

Repeat 1 times

Wait 30 minutes

Set 'Theater / Equipment Fan' Off

Repeat only repeats all the statements immediately following it (not before it).
