One other thing you can try doing is deleting the ISY temporary files. First close the admin console. They're located in the following directory:

C:\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Temp

You should see 5 files starting with UDI.  Deleting them will not affect your configuration or programs, etc. They will be recreated next time you run the admin console

Where is that data stored on a Mac? I didn't see it in ~/Libracy/Caches
