mbski Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I can't access isy from local computer, can't find it on my network either, I've unplugged it, reset it and no luck. Please help Mike Bell
jerlands Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 How 'bout the rear panel? There are also 2 LEDs on the rear of the ISY where the Ethernet cable attaches. One LED indicates a good network connection (should be on solid) while the other should flash with network activity
Michel Kohanim Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Hello mbski, Apologies for the inconvenience. As jerlands suggested, it's very important to know the status of the LEDs. I do have another question: did this happen all of a sudden or after an upgrade? If you are still having problems, please do contact our tech support for a live session. With kind regards, Michel
mbski Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 Well very strange, this happened all of a sudden no upgrades or changes, but today I can access just fine???? very strange. just to note leds on back were blinking like normal when I could not access it. thanx for the help Mike Bell
