Upgrade Packages - Not sure how to make it happen

I am currently running 5.7.0 and have had sooooo many issues with my Schlage lock and was going to attempt to spend some time today to see if I could fix it.

I thought that upgrading the packages to a newest version may be a good place to start however, I cant seem to get it to "do" anything.

I have clicked the "Upgrade PAckages" button and it pops the dialog box to confirm.

"Are you sure you would like to upgrade all packages?

Depending on the size of the upgrade, this process may take up to 30 minutes."

I have clicked Yes and the dialog goes away but nothing ever happens.

I have also rebooted with the Reboot button and with a power cycle, by unplugging the power for 30 seconds and plugging back in.

What am I doing wrong?

@MNTheatreGuy You seem to be doing the correct process. Typically the dialogue popup will remain on the screen until you click otherwise. Also, if you're running UD Mobile you should get alerts that updates are starting and when they're complete prompting for a reboot.

Before you attempt again please check the Help -> About to confirm your UI and Firmware match.

Please be sure and review this post:

If still having issues please submit a ticket to UD for specific assistance with getting your device updated.

@MNTheatreGuy the only other thing I would check is are you running any (3rd party) anti-virus, firewall, or VPN on the computer you're on?

What computer OS are you using (Win, Mac, Other?)

It's possible a prior update got hung in process somewhere. If you've attempted multiple update processes it could be "confused" and think UD would be best suited to check the logs and/or to help find what's happening.

If you get this resolved through the ticket please post the steps to resolve here best you can so it will help us and others that might run into this issue.

Good luck!
